(1) Vendor needs to provide AI and machine learning tools for sewer collection system analysis. – AI and ML tools with flow–monitoring data to support blockage detection and alerting, and to analyze inflow and infiltration.– High–quality flow monitoring data is essential for operational decision making, model calibration, and machine learning.– Update machine learning based on user tagged feedback, including adding new events not identified by the tool.– Platform shall calculate and display a confidence score representing agreement between observed field data and modeled hydraulic conditions for each monitored location and for the overall flow model.– Data integration across the various sources of information (flow monitoring vendor APIs, GARR Rain data APIs, collection system asset data, spatial data, Aveva Connect, etc.). – Tool can correctly distinguish probable sensor issues from hydraulic events using machine learning or other analytical methods.– AI and ML capabilities to turn existing flow–monitoring and collection system data into actionable operational information.– Data integration is the backbone of flow monitoring AI and ML work. – Design the platform to accommodate future data sources with minimal redevelopment.– Monitor connection health and notify administrators of failed or delayed data connections.
