STAFF-16508 - USA (Greenville, South Carolina) - Advanced Practice Clinician Nursing Service - Deadline August 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide advanced practice clinician nursing service to the government authority located in Greenville, SC.– Acute or episodic care: basic same day sick or injury care visits, services provided to a person for a particular problem, without an ongoing relationship being established between the covered person and the contractor’s health care provider.– Subject to applicable law and patient choice, assist in primary care establishment and specialist referral.– Counsel and treat high risk covered persons to as defined by assessments.– Prescribing or ordering x–ray, lab (blood work), and additional limited diagnostic studies. if a prescription for x–ray, blood work or other diagnostic studies is clinically recommended, the covered person will be financially responsible.– Sports physicals.– Wellness Coaching to employees and or covered family members.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
