(1) Vendor needs to provide promotional items supplies. – Purchase, customization, production, packaging, and delivery of promotional and outreach items on an as–needed basis for various agency departments. – Provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, artwork preparation, proofing, setup, production, packaging, shipping, delivery, and related services necessary to furnish promotional items in accordance with the requirements of this solicitation.• Promotional items: Provide a wide variety of promotional products, customization services, artwork preparation, and delivery services.– Pens– Pencils– Notebooks– Journals– Tote bags– Drawstring bags– Lanyards– Keychains– Water bottles– Tumblers– Mugs• Imprinting methods: Provide various customization methods, including:– Screen printing– Embroidery– Laser engraving– Pad printing– Digital printing– Heat transfer– Full–color process printing– Debossing/Embossing• Inks: black, blue, white reflective blue red and various colors as requested.• Packaging: Products shall be packaged in a manner that prevents damage during shipment and storage. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 17, 2026.
