(1) Vendor needs to provide augmented and virtual reality hardware, software and training service to the government authority located in Concord, NH. – Provide the agency with augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) training solutions, including hardware, supporting equipment, software, training and ongoing technical support for a statewide workforce and healthcare transformation initiative.• Support simulation–based educational and training initiatives using AR/VR technologies, including the ability to:– Rapidly stand up pilot or short–cycle programs using existing simulation software– Support instructional, workforce, clinical, and interdisciplinary training needs– Scale solutions incrementally as program needs evolve: Flexibility to add cases, licenses, and additional resources over the term of the contract.• Software capabilities:– Be fully functional without internet/network connection.– Be capable of recording the learner’s experience (video and audio).– Support the capability for autonomous debriefing.– Support multi–player.• Provide cases/scenarios appropriate: – First responders – emergency medical services, law enforcement, firefighters, etc.– Licensed nursing assistants (LNA).– Medical assistants (MA).– Allied health professionals.• Provide cases in at least the following areas:– Interprofessional cases.– Mental and behavioral health.– Chronic conditions.– Older adults and geriatrics.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
