DRA-11814 - USA (Grand Lake, Colorado) - Portal Road Intersection Improvement Feasibility Study Services - Deadline October 20,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide portal road intersection improvement feasibility study services to the government authority located in Grand Lake, CO. – Funded activities include project management and coordination; an existing conditions assessment covering traffic data, crash history, intersection geometry, and the drive parcel; development of three concept–level improvement scenarios addressing intersection reconfiguration, pedestrian and bicycle safety, parking/transit hub development, and access management; and a feasibility evaluation culminating in a final report recommending a preferred scenario to guide future engineering and investment decisions.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 13, 2026.
