Jahnke Road Pumping Station J2 and J3 Replacement

The City of Richmond, Virginia (the “City”), on behalf of the Department of Public Utilities (“DPU”), seeks bids from qualified firms to provide general contracting services for the Jahnke Road Pumping Station J2 and J3 Replacement project (the “Project”). The services required include, but are not limited to, replacement of the existing J2 and J3 pumps, motors, Medium Voltage Variable Frequency Drives (“VFD”), valves, actuators and associated piping as well as replacing the pump J1 Medium Voltage Motor Starter , installing a new PLC system and associated instrumentations, and miscellaneous electrical and facility improvements (referred to collectively as the “Work").
