Vendor needs to provide train control infrastructure predictive analytics system. – Provide Remote Condition Monitoring/Predictive Analytics System to its wayside infrastructure.– The system should automatically generate unique alarm threshold values for each asset, display charts and graphs showing asset trends and performance, allow early identification of failure conditions, predict faults, report issues via email or text message and provide a dashboard that shows a trend.– The system shell comes out of the box, expandable and future–proof. Agency intends to monitor the following assets: switch machines, interlockings, track circuits, grade crossings, batteries, ground faults, and the ability to add monitoring of other factors with additional appropriate sensors (vibration, angle, temperature, etc.) in the future.– The Predictive Analytics System (PAS) shall enable real–time monitoring and predictive analysis of LA Metro train control assets.– The Vendor shall provide a PAS system (hardware, software, and associated components and cables) required to collect data, monitor, record, analyze, and predict.– The system shall be capable of automatically generating unique alarm threshold values for each asset or allow the manual configuration based on user specifications.– The PAS system shall offer flexible options for cloud or local processing and for data protection, including encryption and user credentials.– The data acquisition unit shall be able to communicate via Ethernet or Wi–Fi router, or must be able to generate alerts and reports of the assets’ condition by email or text messages, and reports providing a comprehensive overview of the entire system of assets monitored.
