Electrical, Aeration & Fountain Installation at Deer Run Club House Pond

Electrical Installation, Aeration System Installation, and Fountain System Installation for Deer Run Club House Pond--located at: 300 Daneswood Way, Casselberry, FL 32707. Bidders May Bid all or Electrical only or Fountain/Aeration Only. Vendor shall be responsible for delivery and installation of ( Scope 1) Electrical work; ( Scope 2 ) Aeration systems; and ( Scope 3 ) Fountain Systems at the location listed in this solicitation. Location map will be provided and described as: Deer Run Club House Pond The electrical contractor will also be responsible for obtaining all permits necessary, design, construction and installation of electrical racks and all correspondence/coordination with Florida Power and Light and Seminole County to establish power connections, inspections and coordinate with the Fountain/Aeration Vendor (F/A) vendor selected for fountain/aeration installation. The (F/A) vendor will be responsible for providing all equipment and materials necessary for the successful installation of the aeration and fountains. Note: F/A vendor may provide F/A specifications to electrical contractor for their proposed equipment. Upon completion of all shore electrical work, F/A vendor will deliver and install the fountain/aeration systems at each location, anchor in place and bring submersible power cable from fountain to control panel through electrical conduit. Upon startup, F/A vendor will make any necessary display adjustments and set time clocks to desired hours of operation.
