(1) Vendor needs to provide overdose education and naloxone distribution and anti–stigma training services to the government authority located in Providence, RI.• Assembling supplies and materials such as Naloxone kits and printed educational materials.• Creating educational presentations on overdose prevention, harm reduction strategies, overdose response and naloxone administration, and combatting stigma against people who use drugs and people who have SUDs– both in English and Spanish.• Developing marketing materials, registration forms, participant materials, and other materials necessary to effectively organize and facilitate trainings.• Presentation slideshows in English and Spanish.• Associated educational materials.• Other materials, as needed.• System to manage training requests.• Tracking system for naloxone distributed, number of individuals trained, number of group trainings facilitated, number of community events attended.• Administer and collect any applicable pre– and post–tests or other evaluation measures.• Collect participant feedback on training.• Track proposed outputs and outcomes.• Track any changes made to the activities during implementation.• Attend project management meetings and any additional evaluation meetings.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 02, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
