(1) Vendor needs to provide banking, investment and financial services to the government authority located in Reno, NV.– Be a financial institution qualified to act as a depository bank and insured by the federal deposit insurance corporation, federal savings and loan insurance corporation, and national credit union share insurance fund.– Describe the bank’s capacity to handle the number and types of accounts.– The Agency completes online transfers between all accounts. describe the process and the reporting available for online transfers.– Describe how the bank calculates bank balances. describe the methodology that would be used to give credit to the agency’s bank balances.– Disbursements:– Describe how the institution would accommodate payroll for approximately 90 employees who receive their pay on a bi–weekly basis.– Deposit processing:– Provide an overview of deposit processing services and describe how the bank would accommodate the deposits for the agency’s accounts.– Describe the bank’s procedure for the processing of returned items.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 6, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
