DRA-10918 - USA (Longview, Texas) - Community Survey Services - Deadline July 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide community survey services to the government authority located in Longview, TX.– Develop a comprehensive, statistically valid public opinion survey instrument for 2026 that ascertains resident perception of City services, general government issues, quality of life issues, demographic information and service priorities.– Surveys should be targeted to each of the City’s six (6) City Council Districts.– Develop a procedure to inform randomly selected households of their selection to participate in the survey, and a mechanism for receiving the completed surveys.– Issue the survey instrument and collect all responses.– Perform analysis of data collected(2) An optional pre–proposal meeting will be held on June 25, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
