(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Newark, NJ.         – Dust mop and mop with cleaner with mop and bucket or through auto–scrubber every day.– Clean inside and outside as outlined in cleaning requirements.– Clean doors, side panels and kick plates.– Mop with disinfectant cleanser daily.– Spot wash walls.– Vacuum floor(2) The contract period will be for one year.           (3) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on July 28, 2026.
