(1) Vendor needs to provide independent medical examination, fitness–for–duty and medical cost containment servicesto the government authority located in Boston, MA. • Provide independent medical examination (IME) and medical cost containment services (managed care services for injured workers.• Provide medical management services that support agency administration of these benefits by facilitating timely, objective, and high–quality medical evaluations and related managed care services.• Coordinating and scheduling independent medical examinations in a timely manner, including accommodations for urgent requests and examinations at multiple geographic locations.• Maintaining a statewide network of board–certified and appropriately credentialed physicians representing a broad range of medical specialties, including to, orthopedic surgery, neurology, psychiatry, occupational medicine, and other specialties as required.• Providing access to both in–person and, where clinically appropriate, telehealth–based examinations.• Matching each referral with a physician possessing the appropriate specialty expertise based on the medical and occupational issues presented.• Provider network capacity to minimize scheduling delays and ensure equitable access for employees throughout the agency.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026
