EXTRA-72208 - USA (Loudonville, Ohio) - Park Camp Store Exterior Repairs Services - Deadline July 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide park camp store exterior repairs services to the government authority located in Loudonville, OH.– Remove all rotted, deteriorated, loose, or water–damaged wood fascia boards at the camp store exterior as shown in the attached photos and as identified during field inspection.– Work shall include:– Remove damaged fascia boards without damaging adjacent roof, gutter, soffit, masonry, or trim.– Inspect exposed framing and backing for rot or deterioration.– Replace damaged wood backing/blocking as needed.– Install new exterior–grade fascia board matching existing size, thickness, profile, and appearance as closely as possible.– Prime all sides and cut ends of replacement wood before installation.– Caulk or seal joints, seams, nail holes, and exposed edges.– Soffit repair and replacement:– Remove and replace all damaged wood soffit material showing rot, deterioration, water staining, separation, or failure.– Carefully remove damaged soffit panels or boards.– Inspect rafters, blocking, Nailers, and roof edge framing for hidden rot.– Replace any deteriorated backing or Nailers required for secure installation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.
