(1) Vendor needs to provide zoning ordinance consultant services to the government authority located in Medford, MA.• The zoning ordinance update and revision shall represent the community's vision for the city as detailed in the recently adopted comprehensive plan and other city planning documents.• The consultant team will work in tandem with a communications consultant and the city's communications office, on an outreach effort to continually gather feedback from residents, as well as help residents learn about and better understand zoning changes in the city.(2) An optional pre–bid meeting will be held on November 09, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than November 18, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
