Vendor needs to provide enterprise skills assessment platform. – Provide a commercially available Software–as–a–Service (SaaS) solution to systematically assess, measure, and guide the upskilling of its technical workforce. – Provide the platform, including all necessary licenses, technical support and reporting to meet the performance standards outlined herein. – The scope includes platform provisioning, user onboarding, role–based skills assessment, data analytics, and ongoing technical support for 500 users.• Platform provisioning and onboarding: initialize the government's enterprise tenant, configure it with 500 licenses, and provide administrative accounts to agency.• Skill circuit customization: Review and calibrate the following initial skill circuits to meet mission requirements:– Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning (ML) engineer.– Data engineer (Python, SQL, MSL, R).– Cybersecurity analyst.– Software engineer (Python/C++).– Cloud architect.– Data analyst (Python, SQL, MSL, R).• Reporting and analytics: Provide the COR with a quarterly skills gap analysis report and a final performance and usage summary.
