(1) Vendor needs to provide fairness and dignity educational and training programs services to the government authority located in Castleton–on–Hudson, NY.– Developing and implementing training and educational programs to promote fairness, dignity and respect for litigants, stakeholders, staff, and judges.– Project contains two components.– One component is video–recorded programming relevant to the subject matter.– Other component is in–person trainings held annually for judges.– Needs assessment and content planning.– Curriculum development.– Ensure all recorded learning modules and materials are fully compatible with the courts’ LMS.– Develop accompanying training materials such as scripts, resource materials (e.g. articles, exercises), facilitator guides, bench cards, handouts, workbooks, and evaluation tools.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.
