This is for a 5-year period effective December 1, 2023. BVCOG is seeking a total area of approximately 56,000 sq ft of climate-controlled space to provide office workstations for 160 employees. Individual workstation space may be offices or cubicles, and must allow a minimum of 48 sq ft for each employee.
