(1) Vendor needs to provide fee accountant services to the government authority located in Holyoke, MA. – Provided are for all state–aided, federal–aided developments and programs under the control of the agency. – Review and provide adjusting journal entries for the following accounting books and records.– Provide computerized financial statements for each program, complied in accordance with the agency compilation standards.– Provide on a timely basis for each federal–aided program, with sufficient copies for agency.– Review all bank statements as an independent check on authority staff.– Provide assistance in the timely preparation of the operating budgets for each program per project based accounting regulations.– Assist in preparation of performance funding system.– Provide assistance with staff training as needed.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
