(1) Vendor needs to provide legal services to the government authority located in Hamden, CT. • legal services regarding the administration, and ongoing enforcement of an automated traffic enforcement safety device (ATESD) program• Assisting the traffic department and the town attorney's office in drafting any revisions or amendments to local ordinances as may be required to operate the program.• Reviewing and refining citation language and evidentiary requirements.• Advising the municipality on the legal parameters of ticket processing, fine collection, and civil penalties.• Serving as the designated hearing officer for contested citations, as authorized under state statute.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
