(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Oakland, CA. – The work shall be performed in the basement and on floors 1–15, excluding the 3rd through the 5th floors, with approximately 43,000 square feet per floor.– Daily Services (Monday through Friday).– Vacuum, sweep, and damp mop all flooring in restrooms, kitchens, conference rooms, andbreak areas.– Empty recycle bins next to copiers.– Clean restroom mirrors.– Empty sanitary napkin waste receptacles located in the restrooms.– Fill toilet paper dispensers, soap dispensers, paper towel dispensers, and toilet seat dispensers.– Clean woodwork, partitions, baseboards, and walls.– Dust and polish office furniture.– Clean entrance doorway windows and window coverings.– Vacuuming, spot cleaning, and/or spot cleaning of carpets and mats.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.(3) A mandatory pre–bid site inspection will be held on September 16, 2026.
