Vendor needs to provide engineering and permitting consulting services to the government authority located in Stockton, CA.1. Project management:– Project management shall include coordinating all team members’ work, providing routine communications, updates, cost controls, invoices, progress reports, schedule updates, quality control, obtaining permits as necessary, and conducting bi–weekly progress review meetings with the city.2. Permitting:– Consultant shall become familiar with the work previously performed by city staff related to the permit. In addition, consultant shall prepare and submit all necessary submittals on behalf of the city.3. Engineering services:– Consultant shall include delineation of waters of the US in accordance with the minimum standards for acceptance of preliminary wetlands delineation and final map and drawing standards for the south pacific regulatory program in accordance with the requirements of engineers.
