(1) Vendor needs to provide interdiction and hidden compartment training service to the government authority located in Washington, DC. – Deliver Interdiction and hidden compartment training and mentoring for the agency.– Deliver training and mentoring both within agency, providing all required instructors, translators, training materials, certified vehicles with hidden compartments, and logistical/administrative support across all phases.– The overall goal is to build a sustainable, self–sufficient agency training capability that improves detection, seizure, and prosecution outcomes related to hidden–compartment smuggling, in direct support of agency bilateral security and counternarcotics cooperation objectives. (2) This bid is set–aside for service–disabled veteran–owned small business.
