CONS-22698 - USA (Stockton, California) - Airport Improvements Service - Deadline August 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide airport improvements service to the government authority located in Stockton, CA.– The subcontractor shall perform the renovation of the existing airport terminal and an expansion of the terminal, including a new one–story Type IIB pre–engineered metal building hold room, a new wine garden, and a new baggage claim building.– The scope also includes improvements to the general aviation area, featuring a new Type IIB pre–engineered metal T–hangar building, a new outdoor self–serve fuel farm, revisions to the new agency and standard fencing and gates, and updates to the light poles and ground striping– Additional work includes renovations of the existing fire station restrooms and the construction of a pre–engineered metal structure adjacent to the fire station.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 29, 2026
