(1) Vendor needs to provide website development and maintenance service. – The design concept stage establishes foundation for the website. Activities include:• Client and stakeholders meeting to capture business requirements, user needs, and content Strategy.• User Experience (UX) research including persona development and user journey mapping. • Information architecture design — sitemap, content hierarchy, and navigation taxonomy.• Low–fidelity wireframes for key page templates (home, interior, contact, landing pages).• Brand and visual direction alignment, including typography, colour palette, and design language documentation • Formal sign–off for development stage– UI/UX Design• High–fidelity mockups in Figma (or equivalent) for desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints.• Interactive prototype for stakeholder review and iterative feedback cycles.– CMS Integration• Client–approved CMS • Custom page templates, reusable block components, and structured content models.• Role–based access control (RBAC)– 4 Back–End & Integrations• Propose API development where required.• Optimal performance and SEO.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.
