(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic investment partner services.– Consultant will identify, cultivate, and help establish strategic partnerships and non–traditional funding opportunities that advance agency mission and expand investments in the families and communities– Affordable housing, we recognize that stable housing serves as the foundation for educational achievement, workforce participation, economic mobility, health, and overall quality of life.– Consultant will work directly with the chief executive officer to develop and implement a comprehensive investment strategy that includes, but is not limited to:– Strategic Opportunity Assessment– Funding Opportunity Identification– Partnership Development– Relationship Development– Proposal Development Support(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
