(1) Vendor needs to provide periodical subscription management software.– Provide software to manage, renew, and order periodical subscriptions for 35 locations and to provide excellent account management for these subscriptions.– Software should be user–friendly with logins and dashboards for individual locations along with anoverarching management account that can view all locations and their orders, claims, and reports.– Features include automatic past issue archiving, the ability to bulk check in, and clear methods to report missed or damaged issues with prompt results when a problem occurs.– Supplemental features might include usage tracking, an interface that includes cover images and precise filtering options when searching, and accurate pre–population of issues within the check–in area.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
