CONS-23948 - USA (Fairburn, Georgia) - Building Demolition and Site Clearance Services - Deadline October 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide building demolition and site clearance services to the government authority located in Fairburn, GA.– Pre–demolition activities:– Conduct a pre–demolition inspection and document existing conditions.– Coordinate required utility disconnections and obtain required approvals.– Secure the work area with fencing, barricades, warning signs, and controlled access as appropriate.– Asbestos inspection and abatement:– Contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local asbestos requirements.– Provide the agency copies of applicable asbestos survey/inspection reports and required regulatory documentation.– Removal of furniture, equipment, and personal goods:– Before or during demolition, the Contractor shall remove and lawfully dispose of all furniture, appliances, equipment, household contents, trash, personal goods, fixtures, and miscellaneous materials remaining in or around the building, except items specifically identified by the City in writing to remain.– Total building demolition:– Contractor shall completely demolish the existing building, including interior and exterior components, structural framing, roof, walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, fixtures, mechanical or plumbing or electrical components, stairs, attached structures, and foundations or slabs.– Concrete back porch demolition:– Completely demolish and remove the concrete back porch, including associated steps, supports, footings, railings, reinforcing steel, attachments, and debris.– Back deck demolition:– Completely demolish and remove the back deck, including decking, framing, posts, supports, stairs, railings, footings, fasteners, and associated debris.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 17, 2026.
