Vendor needs to provide public opinion research services to the government authority located in Washington, DC. – The selected vendor will be responsible for designing, conducting, supervising, quality assuring, analyzing, and documenting research commissioned under each task order.– For quantitative research, the vendor may be required to:• Develop or refine questionnaires in English and the language(s) used for fieldwork, subject to final agency approval;• Propose a sampling methodology and demographic conditions appropriate to the task order, subject to agency approval;• Program and pre–test survey instruments and prepare interviewer or respondent instructions, as applicable;• Recruit, train, and supervise field staff and manage online panels and technical systems used for data collection;• Arrange appropriate venues, online platforms, participant transportation, incentives, and other logistics, as applicable;• Develop or refine screening questionnaires, moderator guides, interview guides, and related instruments, subject to final agency approval;• Provide trained moderators and interviewers and conduct the research in accordance with the approved methodology;• Provide recording, simultaneous interpretation, translation, and English–language transcripts when requested;• Provide structured notes, thematic analysis, narrative analytical reports, presentations, or other agreed outputs;
