(1) Vendor needs to provide independent hearing officer services to the government authority located in Largo, MD. – Provide independent hearing officers to conduct fair and impartial hearings in accordance with federal regulations and agency policies.– Responsible for presiding over informal hearings and reviews related to program eligibility, terminations, and participant grievances, ensuring due process and well–reasoned, legally sound decisions.– Perform all functions in conjunction with the role of an independent hearing officer to ensure facilitation of informal reviews and informal hearings in response to adverse decisions.– Adverse decisions may include matters related allegations of fraud and non–compliance, termination of assistance, denial of assistance, unreported income, and other programmatic matters.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 9, 2026.
