(1) Vendor needs to provide clinical laboratory services to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.– Laboratory must operate as a full–service laboratory, with the ability to perform complete blood (including serum) and urine analyses, including any required ancillary or specialized testing.– Provide customized requisitions, reporting formats, and testing profiles.– Provide all laboratory supplies associated with specimen collection, including containers, packaging, transportation and other miscellaneous items such as tracking forms and special handling of labels.– Phlebotomy services.– Routine, short turnaround time and critical test results.– Courier services.– Laboratory order process.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
