(1) Vendor needs to provide Support a Secure, Reliable, Cost–Effective Credit and Debit Card Payment Processing Solution.– The solution shall include all hardware, software, payment gateway services, implementation, training, maintenance, and ongoing customer support necessary to provide a complete turnkey payment processing system.– The system shall support standard EMV–compliant countertop card readers capable of accepting chip cards, magnetic stripe cards, contactless payments (tap), and possibly more (i.e. mobile wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.), and PIN debit transactions).• Proven compatibility with the WasteWorks software platform.• Experience providing payment processing services to municipal or government entities.• Secure processing that complies with current agency requirements.• Transparent pricing with no hidden fees.• Comprehensive implementation, training, and technical support.• Reliable reporting capabilities, including daily, monthly, and annual transaction reports.• Ability to process refunds, voids, and adjustments within the payment system.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.
