This project involves landscape improvements within the City of Bellevue Right-of-Way Streetscape and Park on 161st Ave SE, just North of SE 33rd Pl . Work includes traffic control, installation of irrigation components, compost, landscape plants & tree, mulch, and turf restoration. It is the responsibility of the contractor to provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, disposal, service operations, and expertise required to complete this project for the City of Bellevue in accordance with specifications and site plans as follows.
