BANKING-9097 - USA (Sarasota, Florida) - Investment Consulting Services - Deadline August 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide investment consulting services to the government authority located in Sarasota, FL.– Related to its employee benefits trust which provides funding for health, prescription, dental, and life insurance benefits for retired employees of the City and their eligible dependents. Collectively, these benefits are commonly referred to as other post–employment benefits.– Investment, performance and risk guidelines associated with this mandate are included in the Investment Policy.– Research and recommend a diversified portfolio complying with the Investment Guidelines criteria established by the City.– Rebalance the portfolio with a method and frequency agreed upon by the City and Investment Manager to comply with the asset allocation guidelines as recommended by the Investment Manager and approved by the City.– Provide reports on portfolio holdings and transactions that occurred within the portfolio during each month by the fifth working day of the month.– Reassess the portfolio and make recommendations for changes to the Investment Policy and/or alternative managers to achieve the City’s Investment Objectives.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.(3) The contract period will be one year.
