(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based grant management software and related services.– Provide a comprehensive software solution that will streamline and improve the management of the County’s grant lifecycle, from solicitation development and application through grant administration, reporting, closeout, and auditing.– Pre–award management.– Grant award management.– Ability to import transactions from excel or csv files.– Grant compliance tracking.– Automated reminders.– Automated communications and notifications.– County–wide grant information.– Ability to view and filter grant information based upon selected criteria.– Provide document management capabilities allowing county users to upload, download, retrieve, and organize documents and attachments associated with each individual grant record.– Capability of initiating notifications for various reporting, compliance, reimbursement, and deadline alerts.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 16,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
