(1) Vendor needs to provide digital output and finishing services to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA. – Provide digital output and finishing services using software applications and computer platforms.– Contractor will not assess any additional charges for converting files from newer, most recent, or older software applications and versions or between various software applications prior to providing output services.– services. Computer platforms must include Windows operating systems.• Output Services:– Contractor will provide color plotter output on presentation bond, 8mm photograph paper, 4mm glossy white paper, and adhesive vinyl in sizes up to thirty inches (30“) wide and fifty inches (50“) long.– Contractor will provide direct–to–surface color plotting (6–color inkjet printing) on Sintra (white) in sizes up to thirty inches (30“) wide, fifty inches (50“) long, and up to one inch (1“) thick.– Contractor will provide color plotting on canvas or silicone edge graphic (SEG) fabric of various sizes.– Contractor will provide all equipment necessary to produce one–quarter inch (0.25“) radius rounded corners on Sintra.– Contractor will provide all equipment necessary to produce book binding of documents and manuals.• Finishing Services:– Contractor will plot image file, provided by DWR, onto presentation bond, 8mm photograph paper, 4mm glossy white paper, or vinyl adhesive in both black & white and color. Contractor will plot on the said media in sizes up to thirty inches (30“) long and fifty inches (50“) wide.– Contractor will provide a wood or metal frame for canvas or SEG fabric prints for mounting.– Contractor will mount product onto Sintra up to sixty inches (60“) wide.– Contractor will provide large format, hot and cold laminating services up to sixty inches (60“) wide, for laminations both one–sided and two–sided.– Contractor will mount 2mm dry erase laminate over the mounted Sintra printed surface.– Contractor will provide custom cutting and routing on Sintra up to sixty inches (60“) wide by sixty inches (60“) long.– Contractor will print and spiral bind other necessary binding of documents that range in size from 3.5“x6“ to 22“x34.“– Contractor will print special documents such as Site Maps, Engineering Drawings, Manuals, and other documents needed for SWP operation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 9, 2026.
