(1) Vendor needs to provide forensic pathology services to the government authority located in Oakland, CA. – Provide timely, independent, complete, accurate, secure, and legally defensible forensic pathology services that reliably determine and document cause and manner of death, preserve evidence and confidentiality, comply with applicable law and professional standards, and maintain sufficient capacity for routine, urgent, and mass–fatality assignments.– Providing forensic pathology services and medical death investigation for at least one year, or completion of a forensic pathology fellowship.– External examination and internal examination of the head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, and extremities when present.– Perform professional and medical services as a health care entity organized as a sole proprietorship, partnership, or professional corporation as defined (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) A non–mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on September 16, 2026.
