(1) Vendor needs to provide dining service to the government authority located in Pierre, SD. – Provide comprehensive services to successfully operate the dining services programs at agency.– Agency wants to improve the efficiency and quality of dining services for students and staff across its six unique campuses– Dining services may include, all–you–care to–eat dining facilities, branded or franchise concepts, food courts, snack bars, coffee kiosks, quick–service and convenience–oriented grab–and–go venues, lunch service at designated campus locations, cafes, and the sale of packaged fresh foods at other campus locations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
