(1) Vendor needs to provide audio visual services to the government authority located in Palmetto, FL.– Facility supports conventions, meetings, trade shows, banquets, public events, performances, county–hosted events, and other functions ranging from small meetings to complex, multi–room productions. – All equipment, labor, materials, supplies, software, licensing, transportation, delivery, setup, testing, operation, monitoring, strike, insurance, permits, and other components necessary to provide complete audio–visual services.– Audio systems, including wired and wireless handheld, lavalier, headset, podium, and tabletop microphones; microphone stands and accessories; digital and analog mixers; digital stage boxes; processors; distribution; playback and recording; powered speakers; subwoofers; floor monitors; line–array systems; amplification; press feeds; house–system patching; and assistive–listening coordination.– Projection and presentation systems, including high–definition laser or equivalent projectors suitable for small, medium, and large rooms; front– and rear–projection screens; dress kits, skirts, wings, masking, carts, and supports; confidence monitors; presenter monitors; large–format displays; digital signage; presentation computers; cueing systems; HDMI/SDI switchers; converters; scalers; distribution amplifiers; cabling; and adapters.– Camera, recording, and livestream services, including fixed, manual, and pan–tilt–zoom cameras; camera operators; tripods; intercom; tally; camera–control systems; single– and multi–camera recording; live switching; graphics; presentation capture; streaming encoders; platform integration; remote participant support; file delivery; and optional editing, captioning, file transfer, and archival services when requested.– Lighting and production support, including decorative up lighting, stage wash, spotlights, podium lighting, theatrical lighting, lighting control, power and data distribution, production drape, masking, scenic support, equipment carts, easels, flip charts, markers, timers, lectern accessories, and related production support. Rigging, truss, motors, and hardware shall be used only when approved by the County and in accordance with applicable structural, fire, safety, and licensing requirements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
