(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing contractor services. • Marketing contractor to provide consistent, professional nonprofit communications across social media channels, member email, subscriber email, and monthly newsletter channels.• Create and publish a minimum of three original social media posts per week across all social media channels, which is to include Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Reddit, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms• Repurpose approved video, photography, branding, newsletter, blog, website, and event content for social and email channels.• Maintain an editorial calendar coordinated with events, fundraising appeals, preservation updates, membership campaigns, sponsorship outreach, educational content, and public affairs releases.• Use approved tone, voice, branding, style, photography, accessibility practices, and nonprofit fundraising standards.• Track performance metric data results including reach, engagement, click–throughs, email open rates, subscriber growth, and audience growth.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 18, 2026.
