(1) Vendor needs to provide allied radio matrix emergency responder system (ARMER) training services to the government authority located in Minnesota.– Delivery of four training courses related to the technical and operational aspects of land mobile radio system, known as the allied radio matrix for emergency response system.– ARMER System End User Train–the–Trainer – Deliver up to two (2), 2–day courses, totaling 16 hours of class time per course.– ARMER System Administrator – Deliver two (2), 3.5–day courses, totaling 28 hours of class time per course.– Motorola Customer Programming Software (CPS) Radio Programming– Deliver one (1), 3.5–day course, totaling 28 hours of class time per course.– ARMADA Certified Programming Course– Deliver one (1), 3–day course, totaling 24 hours of class time per course.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026.
