(1) Vendor needs to provide food service management contract with a vendor to prepare and deliver food for hospital to the government authority located in Minnesota.– The facility requires breakfast, lunch, dinner, and daily snacks.– Emergency Food Supply. Responders must provide a cost per meal type for emergency food supply. The cost noted is per day and would include breakfast, lunch and dinner for Regular and Modified diets and all three snack times (mid–morning, mid–afternoon and evening).– Regular Diet Menu Requirements: The regular diet must provide at a minimum 2400 calories; limit the fat content to 30% or below with no more than 10% of the calories being provided by saturated fat. The regular diet must provide 20 to 25 grams of fiber per day and between 2500 to 4000 mg of sodium per day. Each meal should contain <10 grams of added sugar.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.(3) Contract term will be for two years.
