(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Jackson, TN. • Clean, sanitize and polish toilets, sinks and urinals• Empty, line, clean and sanitize trash containers• Fill, clean and sanitize dispensers: soap, towel, tissue, and napkins. • Clean and polish glass mirrors, chrome, and hardware• Sweep, damp mop and sanitize floors• Empty and replace liner as needed• Clean (inside and out)–Monthly or as needed.• Clean, polish & sanitize drinking fountains• Clean & polish kick plates and thresholds• Clean & polish light switches, handles and push plates(2) The contract period will be for three years.
