Bids will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: procurement.boston.gov . All bids for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Emergency Generator Project at the Campbell Resource Center . Bids must be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Thursday, October 8, 2026 via the City Supplier Portal website ( procurement.boston.gov ) under Event ID# EV00017969 or drop off to the Awarding Authority, 2nd Floor, 1216 Dorchester Avenue, Boston, MA 02125, before 12:00 PM (Boston time) on October 8, 2026 . Late bids will not be accepted. The IFB documents will be available on or about Wednesday, September 23, 2026 after 12:00 P.M., Boston time via the City Supplier Portal website ( procurement.boston.gov ) under Event ID# EV00017969 .
