(1) Vendor needs to provide interpreter services.– Services may be delivered through employees or a managed network of subcontracted interpreters and must support multiple modalities, including in–person, telephonic, and video remote interpreting.– Deliver in–person, telephonic and remote services with certified/qualified interpreters in each of these counties– Estimated number of appointments each month per modality for all languages is– In–person – 14,000– Telephonic – 7,000– VRI – 1,600(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 4, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
