Vendor needs to provide strategic communications implementation service. – Selected partner will provide strategic counsel and coaching to operationalize the organization's new Communications and Marketing Strategy.• Organizational Rollout & Change Communications: Provide strategic communications guidance to support key milestone rollouts associated with Organization's organizational restructuring and implementation of its five–year strategic plan. This includes communications planning, stakeholder engagement, messaging, and launch support for new organizational initiatives, programs, systems, and services.• Communications Systems & Governance: Develop sustainable communications systems and governance, including workflows, editorial planning, approval processes, communications planning, measurement, and crisis communications guidance.• Brand, Media & Organizational Visibility: Strengthen organizational positioning through media relations, public affairs, thought leadership, and strategic guidance for earned, paid, shared, and owned media. Develop decision–making frameworks that help determine the appropriate communications approach based on audience, objective, timing, and desired outcomes.• Capacity Building: Coach and mentor Organization staff through strategic advising, professional development, implementation support, and knowledge transfer to strengthen long–term organizational communications capacity.
