(1) Vendor needs to provide training roof replacement services to the government authority located in Rochester, NY.– Work consists of modifying and upgrading the structural joist framing system for code compliance in conjunction with installing a new roofing system.– Installing a new roofing system, both tasks should be performed simultaneously.– Interior work includes ceiling finish removals and other interior items, salvage andreinstallation of such items in order to support the steel joists repairs, including moving portable gymequipment as needed to perform these interior modifications.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 16, 2026.
