(1) Vendor needs to provide community needs assessment service to the government authority located in Enid, OK. • Conduct a comprehensive community needs assessment to direct opioid abatement efforts within the city.• Project will be funded through opioid abatement settlement funds and is intended to inform strategic, evidence–based investments in prevention, treatment, harm reduction, and recovery services.• Review and analyze existing quantitative data related to opioid use, overdoses, mortality, prescribing trends, emergency response, and related indicators.• Identify trends, high–risk populations, and geographic areas of concern within the city.• Evaluate existing prevention, treatment, harm reduction, and recovery services.• Analyze disparities in opioid–related services across urban, suburban, and rural areas.• Develop actionable, prioritized recommendations aligned with allowable opioid abatement uses(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 27, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
