(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services for various city facilities to the government authority located in Murrieta, CA– Janitorial services requirements for various facilities owned and operated by the city– A two–story 33,678 square foot office building, mostly carpeted cubicles, some offices, six restrooms, and a small kitchen/lunchroom– Monday, Wednesday– Friday, after 7:00 p.m., but prior to 11:30 p.m. First and third Tuesdays of every month, after 10:00 p.m., but before 7:00 a.m. next day. Every other Tuesday, after 7:00 p.m., but prior to 11:30 p.m.(2) An informational meeting and site visit will be held on July 27, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
