(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based purchasing card program and related commercial payment solutions.– Provide purchasing cards, virtual payment capabilities, accounts payable payment solutions, financial system integration, reporting and analytics, fraud prevention, mobile functionality, customer support, and rebate programs.• Core Card Program– Traditional plastic purchasing cards (single and multi–use) issued to designated employees.– Departmental and procurement cards with pooled or individual credit limits.• Program Administration– Web–based administrative portal for card issuance, limit changes, suspension, cancellation and ERP– compatible expense reporting.– Self–service tools for cardholders and approvers e.g., mobile app, online statement review, receiptimaging.• Customer Support and Implementation– Dedicated implementation and onboarding support and named relationship and account management.– 24/7/365 customer service and fraud support for cardholders and administrators.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
